Car Accident Care
We are able to bill your insurance for car accident care at our standard fee schedule ($260 per hour)

Cancellation and no-show policy
Late cancellations (6 hours - 24 hours before) are automatically charged to the card on file at a rate of $40 per hour +$20 for each additional 30 min
Under 6 hours will be charged $70
NO-SHOWS are automatically charged to the card on file at a rate of $80 per hour + $40 for each additional 30 min booked.
Note:
A credit card is required to book. Your card is stored securely and may be used for applicable fees, including late cancellations and no-shows.
